In this blog, I will share with you what I eat in my breakfast.
Generally, we can not spare too much time in the morning for breakfast. I will share with you a simple meal. It will take 5-7 minutes to prepare it. It will be very healthy and very easy to make.
Now, I take 40g OATS.
It is very easy to make oats. Just boil the milk and put the required amount of oats in it. Oats will cook automatically in 2-3 minutes in steam. So, that's how I make oats.
Now I will take 250 ml of MILK and mix the 40g of oats.
Take 10-12 ALMONDS
Take 6-7 RAISINS
Take 1-2 WALNUTS
Take 1 teaspoon FLAX SEEDS
Take a pinch of CINNAMON
Then I take 2 Boiled EGGS
Take 1 BANANA
Now, Just mix all the ingredients.
You can customize it in your own way. For example, you can make an omelette using 2 whole eggs and 3 egg whites just to increase the Protein content.
